CHAPARRAL COMMUNITY
Chaparral Community was established in 1995
The Chaparral community is a vibrant and livable neighborhood that was established in 1995 and features a 32-acre artificial lake and a 21-acre park with two waterfalls as its centerpiece. The community has since grown to include Lake Chaparral, Chaparral Ridge, Chaparral Ravine, and Chaparral Valley. The Chaparral Community Association (CCA) is a non-profit organization that represents and serves these communities through effective communication, engaged volunteers, and fiscal responsibility. The CCA is governed by elected and volunteer members from the community and is always looking for support and expertise to grow.
As a resident of Lake Chaparral, Chaparral Ridge, Chaparral Ravine, or Chaparral Valley, the CCA is your recognized body that liases with government officials, expresses resident concerns regarding commercial, industrial, and residential land use development, and represents the position of the residents on education, transportation, environmental, and infrastructure issues. The CCA also supports organized sports, community, and social programs. To stay connected, the CCA publishes the Chaparral Trailblazer and maintains a website, Facebook, and Instagram pages. Successful and healthy communities are those with active and sustained membership and involvement by the community residents, and the CCA encourages you to get involved.
