The Silverado Community Association was registered in June 2010 and focuses on neighbourhood programming, events, and community advocacy.
Separately, some parts of Silverado may also have a Residents Association / HOA-style fee tied to enhanced maintenance or features. Those fees are not the same as community association membership—this is worth checking for any specific listing before you commit.
